Alex Kronfeld

Alex Kronfeld has worked for the past 25 years in a variety of sales, marketing, corporate finance, oil & gas and sales & business process outsourcing. Mr. Kronfeld has held senior level executive positions with Gemstar-TV Guide, Plymouth Resources, Plymouth Exploration. In addition to being the owner of Plymouth Financial Services, Mr. Kronfeld also owns All-Solutions 4 U, which specializes in sales and business process outsourcing for the telecommunications industry.

In 2009, Mr. Kronfeld co-founded Plymouth Exploration, a private equity backed oil & gas exploration and development company which was ultimately sold in 2014 to SK Innovation. While at Plymouth Exploration, Mr. Kronfeld was responsible for contract negotiation with Kayne Anderson (private equity backer) and with Constellation Energy (minority partner). In addition to managing investor relations, Mr. Kronfeld also hired and managed the operational team including engineering, geology, land and finance.

Currently, Mr. Kronfeld is the founder, owner and President of Plymouth Financial Services, which offers strategic end-to-end accounts receivable management and debt collection. The company specializes in both commercial and consumer debt collection.

William (Jay) Cherry

William (Jay) Cherry has worked for over 30 years in the financial services and risk management industry. Mr. Cherry is a visionary leader with a successful track record of translating ideas and concepts into bottom-line results. Mr. Cherry has held senior positions with financial service companies such as GE Capital, Bank of America, Sears Credit, and Encore Capital Group. At Encore, Mr. Cherry lead the initiative to build their India collection facility which, at one point, became the 14th most desirable company in which to work in all of India. Mr. Cherry has also built off-shore centers in the Caribbean and domestically.

In 2009, Mr. Cherry founded Global EDGE, LLC where he partnered with the Mayo Clinic to build fraud risk mitigation software to identify and stop fraud in the healthcare supply chain. Mr. Cherry co-founded the company and functioned as its President. In 2015, Global EDGE was sold to the world’s largest publicly traded account’s payable audit firm, PRGX.

Mr. Cherry proudly served his country for five years as a United States Marine. Most recently, Mr. Cherry was highlighted in the best-selling leadership book, “Ego Free Leadership” for his operational contributions at Encore Capital.

Margaret Winston

Ms Winston has worked for over 30 years in the financial services, risk management and client services industries. Ms Winston's focus on client service is a career-long passion exemplified by her responsibilities that kept customer’s and employees at the heart of everything.

As a senior leader with financial service companies such as AT&T Universal Card Services, GE Capital, Bank of America and Sears Credit, managing various levels of collections delinquent accounts ranging from 30 days delinquent to write-off , bankruptcy and recovery, Ms Winston consistently achieved increased customer satisfaction, operational process improvements and expenditure reductions.

Ms Winston holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Business Management. She also earned several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Dale Carnegie Leadership Certification and Total Quality Management (TQM) Certification.

When not volunteering for causes close to her heart, Ms Winston spends free her time reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
